Mark was born in Thompson, Mb on September 5th, 1985 to Edna Beardy and Darrell McGillivary. Mark spent his younger years in Wabowden, Thompson and Gillam Mb. While growing up he spent time with friends, learning to play guitar, and playing sports. He spent his summers with his family at his grandpa’s fish camp on Pakwa lake. Later on, in his life, he moved to Fox Lake, Mb where he resided. Mark was a strong, determined, hardworking man; his determination always made sure he finished his tasks whether it was 3AM or –40 below outside. He was a caring and loving father, brother, son, uncle, and friend; his heart was filled with love, pride and joy for his children. When he had extra time on his hands, he would play video games, workout, play his guitar or try to fix something around the house. Mark had a strong passion for playing guitar, he liked to challenge to be better whether it was amongst his friends or his self. He cherished every moment he spent with his children, he always made time to pick up flowers and take them to his kokum Catherine. He enjoyed the company of his loved ones. He loved labour work, and aspired to be a heavy equipment operator. Mark's heart was so compassionate, loving and always caring for others. His heart will forever live on through his children.

He will be sadly missed by his children; his sons Vinny and Chad (Miranda), his twins Halley Shae & Calley Rae, and his youngest daughter Saphire. His partner Yvette Ouskan. His parents Edna Beardy (Wayne Marcinyshyn) and Darrell McGillivary. Siblings; Rodney Beardy, Madison McGillivary (Patrick), Jacob McGillivary (Heather), Delaney, Matthew, Misty, Kaylese and William. His Grandmothers Catherine Beardy and Mary Villeneuve. Nieces/Nephews; Freddie, Cree, Jayden, Jaelyn, Aubreigh-Lynn, Zayn, Benjamin, Zoelle, Aidyn, Zeth and Lexxei. Numerous cousins, his aunts, uncles and many friends.

Mark was predeceased by his grandparents: Rodney Beardy, Lawrence Donald Villeneuve, Virginia Dorion (Priest); his uncles Sidney Beardy, Doug Fourre; his step-sister Leah Marcinyshyn; his cousin Miranda Beardy-Thorassie and His friend Travis Wood

My sincerest condolences. He was always the fastest up and down that fretboard when we would be playing guitar, saying "Can you do this?', "Try this", or "Not Like That, let me show you how"..........I'll miss you buddy
